Dunbar and District Probus Club

Contact Information
Phone: 01620 849141
Address:
West Barns Bowling Club, Edinburgh Road, West Barns, Dunbar, UK, West Barns, Dunbar, United Kingdom EH42 1TU
Description:
Dunbar and District Probus Club is, like all Probus Clubs, a stand-alone non-religious club loosely based on the ideals and principals of Rotary International and Round Table. But unlike Rotary or Table, we generally do not raise money for charity or support specific good causes.
We are open to all retired ladies and gentlemen who prefer to just socialise with friends every other Tuesday morning over a cuppa with entertainment provided by a guest speaker..
We occasionally venture forth for optional short breaks away and celebrate the Bard's birthday in traditional style at the end of each January. We enjoy a Christmas Lunch together and are represented at the Dunbar War Memorial on Remembrance Sunday.
But that's about it.
If you would like to give Probus a try, why not come along and meet us? You will be made very welcome.
