Ocean Vertical
This Autumn join Ocean Vertical and Kinship Yoga studio for the ultimate Yoga & Surf day retreat in East Lothian 
Spend the morning at our wonderful rural HQ, a 200-year-old Victorian Stables building where your two-hour Yoga class will be led by Sally Jean Rankin from @kinship.yoga.studio.
You will then enjoy lunch together in front of the wood burning stove, before jumping into our warm 5mm wetsuits and heading to the beach for an afternoon surf lesson.
Dates - 21st October & 18th November 2023
Here’s an outline of the Yoga and Surf Day Retreat:
- 9:30 arrival at OV HQ
- 10:00-12:00 Yoga session with Kinship Yoga Studio, Sally Rankin
- 12:00- 12:45 Lunch break provided by the Wishing Tree
- 12:45-13:00 Kit up for surfing
- 13:00-16:00 Surfing at Belhaven Bay
