Dear Women

Here is an invitation to gather together on an International Womens Day and celebrate your Uniqness, in dance and simple ritual.

For the dance part - there are no steps to learn, it's not a performance practice but a practice of coming home to the body with loving awarness and following your intuition, letting loose and letting go; it's about relaxing the mind from the constant chatter and also including the heart

For the ritual part - please bring an object which has a meaning to you, your womanhood, your lineage, something that matters to you, poems welcome, feel free and creative, simple or complicated.

We will follow a simple structure with opening and closing circle, co - creation and dance to deepen our presence and bring into movement what's cant be put into words, or bring words into movement.

Join us in a beautiful Stenton Village Hall, Stenton, Dunbar EH42 1TE

Time 10:00 - 13:00 (doors open with music 9:45)

Cost £18 if booked in advance (message me for BACS or book via Eventbrite) £20 on the day (cash on the door)

Spaces limited to 18

Bring layers of clothes to keep warm/cool

Water bottle to stay hydrated

For the ritual part bring an object/poem - something that matters to you.
