Winter Well Being Evening

I’ve been gathering more wild tea ingredients this weekend to dry and store for our Winter Wellbeing evening refreshments! These evenings will include a restorative yoga practice using bolsters, blankets, belts and eye pillows to guide and support the body and breath.
A regular restorative practice brings so many benefits to your wellbeing including lower stress levels, improved sleep, better digestion, improved mental clarity, relief from joint pain and it can start with just a few simple poses to include in your day to day routine.
The practice will be followed with Ayurvedic (sister science of yoga) inspired treats and locally foraged wild teas. Your evening will be led by certified Iyengar yoga teacher Diane who is is also an outdoor learning practitioner @wilderoutdooreducation
