At a loose end this Wednesday evening?
Why not get along to Hallhill and watch one of the UK's fast growing activities for older folks - walking football.
Some of the best teams in the country are involved, including three-times Scottish champions Hearts, ex Hibs star Gordon Rae's Gala Fairydean squad and a strong Oriam side from Edinburgh. Local rivalsTranent and old friends from across the Forth, Dunfermline will also join Dunbar Walking Football in a six team tournament.
Walking football however is not all about competition, and new participants of all abilities and fitness are welcome to Dunbar's regular weekly sessions for a bit of fun and exercise, every Monday and Friday at Hallhill from 1.00 to 2.00pm.
