Travelling Gallery (Bus) @ Bleachingfield

Travelling Gallery is a contemporary art gallery in a bus. Since 1978 it’s been bringing exhibitions to communities throughout Scotland.

We deliver an artistic programme which inspires and engages our wide audience. We curate experimental, diverse and inclusive exhibitions that are representative of Scotland’s changing population and lead to conversation and healthy discussion. We are proud that we are able to nurture and develop young talent and give them the opportunity to exhibit alongside established artists.

Travelling Gallery is a ‘not for profit’ organisation, funded by Creative Scotland’s Multi-Year Fund 2025-2028 and part of Culture Edinburgh. We have pavement access for wheelchairs and we will continue to assure that our gallery meets the social model of disability, this includes street level  and/or ramp access; hearing loop; subtitling or transcripts of films; and large print format exhibition interpretation.
