Big Sky’s Harbour Kitchen - The Distilled Dinner
7pm Reception Bar Opens
7.30pm All Seated for Dinner
Join us for an unforgettable evening of flavour and craft at The Harbour Chapel, where Big Sky Private Dining presents a carefully curated three-course menu followed by a Scottish cheese course, all paired with three hand-picked drams of exceptional whisky.
Each dish is designed to complement the character of the whisky it’s served with – from light and floral to bold and smoky – bringing out unexpected nuances in both the food and the spirit.
Our whisky host will guide you through:
- How to taste whisky like a pro
- How to match flavour profiles with food
- Why cheese and whisky is the new wine and cheese
Expect delicious food, thoughtful pairings, and great company in the warm, candlelit surroundings of our repurposed chapel by the harbour.
Whether you’re a whisky lover or just curious, this is a relaxed, welcoming evening where good flavour takes centre stage.
