Edinburgh Seaside Gin is a favourite at our bar in The Harbour Chapel. Did you know that the seaweed used in the distilling of this gin is foraged around the Dunbar Coastline. We will be offering this as a beautiful aperitif incorporating an apple & elderflower cordial made by the fantastic new chef on the block.  Callum @bigskyprivatedining
