Second workshop , Tai Chi Taster session
The session runs from 10-11 no prior experience required . The first hour will be t’ai chi exercises and the second hour will concentrate on the t’ai chi form ( shortened version of Yang style) . Please come along to the 10-11 session initially and see if you’d like to stay on for the second hour .

T’ai chi taster session cost £5 for each session ( £10 if you stay for two sessions )
