• Displays and information about some of our current projects (Belhaven Community Garden, Beehive Garden and Buddying project, Wild About West Barns, Fixing for a Future, Bike Hub and Library, River Catchment Restoration, Community Heat Team, OurLocality….) and to chat to some of those involved.
• An opportunity to meet other members and our current trustees
• A brief formal AGM at 11am with:
  • Annual Report from the Chair
  • Consideration of annual accounts
  • Election of Trustees
  • Consideration of a proposal for an annual membership fee*
