The Harbour Chapel
We are delighted to invite you to join us at the beautiful Harbour Chapel in Dunbar for an evening of deep and restful sound healing.
The Harbour Chapel was the oldest Methodist Church in Scotland and has been lovingly restored as a wedding and events venue and the acoustics are amazing!
You will be welcomed with an introductory chat, postural energetics, reiki (if the group is small) and a guided meditation before sinking deep and allowing yourself to become immersed in healing sounds.
Lying down and allowing yourself to completely switch off and relax, you will be bathed in soothing sounds and vibrations from Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, chimes, shamanic drum, gong and percussion.
When relaxing through soothing sound and vibration, your body is affected on a cellular level, opening energy flow to move you back toward healthy alignment.
