Sound Bath with Gongs at St Anne’s

Liza Cole and Sharon Rossi invite you to join them for a Sound Bath; a pleasant and relaxing experience and a great way to sink into a meditative state. All you have to do is to lie or sit comfortably, close your eyes and be immersed in waves of mesmerising sounds from a whole host of instruments including gongs, crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, chimes and drums.

The Sound Bath itself lasts about an hour, and is followed by tea and cake, a chance to find out more about the instruments and chat about your experiences.
