Seasonal Sound Bath

Over two restful hours, you’ll be guided through a restorative evening of tea meditation and immersive sound, designed to help you unwind, release tension, and come back to a deeper sense of calm.
We’ll begin with a guided tea meditation, sharing Cherry Rest & Restore, a herbal infusion associated with reducing stress and anxiety, and supporting relaxation and restful sleep. From there, you’ll be invited to lie back and receive a soothing sound journey with gongs, crystal and Himalayan bowls with sprinkling of unique instruments to allow the body to soften and the mind to let go.
We’ll then come back together gently with a grounding bowl of Sea Within herbal infusion, giving you space to land, reflect, and ease back into the evening.
This is a welcoming space for rest, renewal, and seasonal reset. No experience is needed.
Please bring something comfortable to lie on. A yoga mat may be enough but feel free to add another layer for comfort. Warm clothes, a blanket and pillow are advised to increase your relaxation.
