Salty Sunday Swim @ Belhaven

Salty Sunday swims are an opportunity for everyone in the community to come together for some fun and a swim in the sea.

These swims/dips are open to everyone and will take place at 9am every Sunday morning. Due to tides the location may change, but updates will be posted every week to let you know.

Make sure you have warm dry clothing and a hot drink for after your swim.

Just a quick note that if you have any underlying health conditions that may be affected by going in the cold water please ensure you have spoken to the relevant health professionals and been given the all clear to do so before entering the water. When taking part in the Salty Sunday Swims you do so at your own risk.

Any children must be accompanied by an adult who will be responsible for their safety at all times.
