Printmaking Workshop: Lino Printing

Lino printing is a Relief printmaking technique. Marks and lines are carved out of a Lino block using carving tools to create patterns or pictures. The raised areas will then be inked up and printed on our XL Gunning Etching Press, creating your very own artwork.

This workshop is suitable for complete beginners, creatives or printmakers wishing to have a fun creative experience.

Included in the workshops are all materials necessary, demonstrations, and expert guidance.

Age 16+

Children between the age of 8-15 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

What to bring - Ideas, images, sketches. We also have a range of books and images available for inspiration.

What to wear -  Old clothes as it can be messy although aprons are provided. No long jewellery and longer hair should be tied back. Mini workshops are 2 hours long.
