Meet the Bees @ Belhaven Community Garden

Free workshop at Belhaven Community Garden. Saturday 23 May, 10am–1pm. Come and spend a morning with the honeybees at Belhaven Community Garden, Dunbar. We’ll gather around the garden’s top-bar hives, observe life at the hive entrance, open a hive if conditions are right, and learn more about honeybee ecology, behaviour, and low-intervention natural beekeeping. This workshop is for anyone curious about bees — whether you are thinking about taking up beekeeping, want to understand these remarkable creatures better, or simply enjoy learning from the living world. Children are welcome. Free, but booking required.
