Gong Bath Fundraiser (Stenton)

The sound space will offer you an opportunity to drop the outer world and unravel into a sense of relaxation (even if you find it difficult to relax and switch off) allowing your body and mind to let go and reset. We will begin with a mini guided 'body scan' to support the process of being present in the room before the gong bath begins.

There are different ticket options to choose from and an opportunity for anyone who cannot attend to make a donation if they would like to support the camps.

The camps were set up during the 90's conflicts in the Balkan region and have continued in bringing people together for creative music writing, performing arts and community building.

Some of the young people are now adults who continue to show up in helping and supporting their own younger community such as children from Los Rosales school in Mostar.

Your attendance will contribute towards the accommodation, travel and food for the young ones to attend the camp.
