Join us for a one hour session at your nearest club on our route (Longniddry, Haddington, East Linton, Dunbar, North Berwick & Gullane) and experience the perfect combination of tennis and fitness. Not only will you have a great time, but you’ll also be supporting a fantastic cause - the Game Set Cycle challenge for Maggie's Edinburgh.
No matter your level of experience, Cardio Tennis is suitable for all players. All you need is a tennis racket, and we’ll take care of the rest. With some great tunes to accompany the class, you’ll be sure to get your heart pumping and have a blast hitting lots of tennis balls.
