A whole day for finding flow, freedom and self-expression with Caroline Foster. In the morning of yoga we explore movements, breath, mantra, mudra to tap into our sacral chakra - our energy centre for creativity, playfulness and joy.
Then after a delicious lunch from Barbarella BEETS we will dive into some art exercises with Mandy Thomson and create a beautiful artwork we can take home.
All food, drinks and materials are provided. Cost of the day is £120 (or bring a pal - £210 for 2 tickets, saving £15 each).
