Wilder Outdoor Education invite you to join them for a relaxing, wind down yoga session to dissolve the stresses from the working week, leaving you relaxed and ready for the week-end ahead. Afterwards you will light a fire and enjoy a quiet meditation listening to the sounds of nature.
Includes complimentary herbal tea to enjoy round the fire. The event is suitable for beginners and those with more experience.
Cost £10 (all proceeds will be donated to the Scottish Refuge Council who are supporting Ukrainian children and families who have moved to the UK).
