NEW GIG ANNOUNCEMENT by Nightjar SoundsThis time we’re bringing back home town heroes Dr Salad for a headline set, just over a year on from their first Nightjar appearance supporting Spliff Richards. These heavy romance pioneers are guaranteed to show you a good time, so if you missed them last year, now is your chance to put things right! 
If that wasn’t enough, we’ve got a REAL treat for you before the Salad Boys do their thing. Glasgow gals BRENDA will be gracing the Legion with their unique brand of ‘butch’ synth-pop. These gals are a hoot and a half, and did we mention they supported Franz Ferdinand last year? 
To open the night we’ve also got up and coming Dunbar youth rock band The Watts. This bunch are sure to get the evening off to a flying start 
Playing their debut Nightjar show, we have @the__watts 
Inspired by many alternative rock bands from the 80’s and 90’s such as Dinosaur Jr, Sugar, Husker Du, The Cardigans, Mudhoney, Suede and the Pixies, The Watts are a band local to Dunbar with Sam Moffat on Drums, Avery Dawson on Vocals, Struan Bewsey on Guitar and Blair Randall on Bass.
