Ticket's to the event must be booked online* to guarantee your space and gift.

The event is very popular and dates may sell out - especially weekends!

All Christmas activities are FREE extras and are included in your normal ticket on these dates. *Free gifts are for all children under 12.

*Children under 2 years old do not need a ticket

*Tickets CANNOT be re arranged in cases of poor weather

*Last entry 1 hour before close. Last train 1 hour before close

* Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.

* Dogs are part of the family, but I'm afraid we cant allow them into the park. We do have kennels that can be used and a dog friendly cafe.
