Chef’s Open Day @ Belhaven Smokehouse

After the success of our Chefs Open Day earlier this year, we will once again be opening our doors to welcome chefs from across the region on Tuesday 10th October.

The day will include behind-the-scenes tours of the smokehouse, talks on fresh fish and shellfish offerings, details of our festive cures and a buffet table of samples showcasing our smoked products, along with our favourite ways to serve them.
