A Conversation about Fear and Worry @ St Annes

This Saturday, 2nd November from 1.30-3.30pm we're hosting a conversation about fear and worry at St Anne's Church. If you, or someone you know, is a worrier, this might be for you. There will be information, helpful tips, the chance to share a bit (only if you'd like to), and, of course, a cuppa. It won't be therapy, but there will be information and pointers of where to start on a journey towards lessening anxiety. Everyone is welcome, and it's free.
