St Anne’s Scottish Episcopal & Methodist Church

St Anne’s Church is a historic building designed by Hew Wardrop and Robert RowandAnderson. It has been a place of worship in Dunbar since 1890. Today, it’s a thriving small church. The building is a haven of beauty and peace on the High St, open daily with free entry. Information booklets guide young and old alike around the church’s internal features, while history boards outside invite you to explore the Christian heritage of the local area. There’s also a lovely sunny garden which you’re welcome to enjoy.

St Anne’s is part of the Worldwide Anglican Communion and home to both Episcopalians and Methodists in the town. We meet for worship on Thursdays and Sundays at 10.30am and everyone is welcome. We seek to be an inclusive church for all ages, where you can explore life’s big questions and the significance of Jesus, for yourself.
