Our Victorian home, which is also registered with VisitScotland as a three star graded guest house, is currently offering (post- pandemic) two comfortable double bedrooms for bed and breakfast. These quiet rooms both overlook our old walled garden. One has en-suite facilities whilst the other has a dedicated private bathroom (including bath) adjacent to the bedroom. In the rooms there are tea making facilities; TV; central heating etc.
We offer a continental breakfast (cooked breakfast on request) in our large dining room which is available at all other times as a quiet lounge. There is a private car park to the front of the property.
Springfield Guest House is conveniently situated approximately 1 km west of Dunbar town centre and within a 10 minute walk of Belhaven bay and the famous John Muir country park.
Nearby bus stops allow easy access for transport to Edinburgh or other parts of our area to the south towards Berwick. The express bus north runs every half hour during the day, getting you to Edinburgh in little over an hour through the beautiful East Lothian countryside. Dunbar’s train station is a 25 minute walk away.
