Louise Haysom Yoga

Louise has been local to Dunbar for 5 years sharing the practice of yoga in the heart of the town. Infusing different styles into what she shares. She studied in 2018 with Santosha Yoga institute, completing her 200 hour and 50 hour Pre/post natal, children and teens qualification.

Since then she has gone on to study Yoga Therapy, following Uma Timsmore Tuli- Yoni Shakti practices.

She has a keen passion in women's cycles, working with women and there menstrual cycles. In 2020 she completed an apprenticeship with The Red School.
