Go Train East Rocks is a bit different to many boxes in that we are outside, in all weathers!
A beautiful place within the forest where you’ll be outdoors and surrounded by like-minded individuals with loads of space for infinite workout possibilities.
We provide a safe, organic environment for you to express yourself, physically, powerfully and playfully.
In this place, you can find strengths that you’ve never realised; build relationships and communities that extend beyond a high five at the end of a workout; grow confidence that radiates far into your life outside the gym.
