East Beach is a 5 minute stroll from the High Street and has a lovely blend of sandy beach, rock pools and a promenade to the east that leads to the Dunbar Golf Club. It is perfect for a "quick fix" of salty air and the rejuvenating sound of waves on shore. From here it easy to wander back up to the High Street for a post paddle refreshment, shop or museum visit.
