Menopause Workshop @ Wishing Tree

6:30 pm - 8:30 pm November 28, 2025
Finding Yourself In Menopause
About this Event
Angie Garton, Menopause and Midlife Coach integrates both science and self-connection in this two-hour workshop.
Join us for an insightful and uplifting session exploring how to navigate this stage of life with ease, self-awareness, and even joy.
Through the Whole Woman Wellness Method, you’ll discover a grounded, evidence-informed approach to midlife health that will help you to manage symptoms now whilst also insuring your future health.
You’ll learn how physical changes, emotional shifts, and identity growth all intertwine at this life stage, and how to work with your body, rather than against it.
This isn’t about quick fixes or hormone talk alone.
It’s about cultivating steadiness, compassion, and a sense of renewal from the inside out.
You'll learn:
- The key foundations of the Whole Woman Wellness Method and why it works.
- How lifestyle, mindset, and self-awareness work together to support your wellbeing
- Why stress and self-criticism can amplify symptoms, and how to soften their effects
- Ways to reconnect with joy, pleasure, and meaning during this transition
You'll leave this session with:
- A fresh perspective on how to thrive at midlife
- Practical tools to restore balance and inner steadiness
- A guided reflection sheet to help you identify your next steps
- A sense of calm, community, and self-trust
The format for this workshop is a blend of gentle teaching, reflection, and conversation.
You’ll be invited (never required) to share your experiences or insights as we explore what it means to feel well, whole, and at home in yourself.
The workshop is relevant and useful for all women who are curious about what else they can do to feel more in control of mental and physical health at midlife and menopause.
