Toby Jones and Lesley Manville star in this biographical drama about the early life of Welsh actor Richard Burton. Rich Jenkins, as he was formally known, was the son of a boozy miner. An English teacher, Philip Burton, recognized his talent, and the rest, as they say, is history.
