‘What does it mean? …Place-names in and around Dunbar’ is based on the online publication, ‘Place-names of East Lothian: A journey through time’, researched by Dunbar History Society member Liz Curtis. The exhibition presents a selection of names from North Berwick to Dunglass and is supported by artefacts and historical images. A ‘meet the author’ session will be held on Wednesday 2 September from 2:00 -3:00 pm when Liz will be available to discuss her research.
