Rainbow Run 5k (Whitekirk)

A vibrant, 5k colour run and obstacle course event. Designed with Wild Cairns Events to bring people together for a feel‑good challenge!

This family‑friendly, fun run supports two charities dedicated to helping bereaved children and families in your community, offering people a meaningful way to help build resilience in the community and provide compassion to those who need it most.

The atmosphere blends the excitement of a festival with the heart of a fundraiser, creating a memorable day for teams, families, and supporters alike.

What to Expect

The Rainbow Run 5K is more than a run - it’s a full family-fun day and community experience.

The event includes two waves: an adults-only starting from at 12:30, followed by a family run starting from 1:30.

Participants can complete one 2.5k loop or the full 5k course by completing all obstacles twice.

This is non-competitive fun - it's your race - you can do it your way! Run, jog, walk. Do every obstacle or just the ones you fancy - it's about giving it a go and pushing yourself.
