Coastal Forage, Fire and Flow

10:00 am - 2:00 pm March 21, 2026
Join Diane from Wilder for a springtime immersion in movement, mindfulness, foraging and nature connection at Belhaven Bay. Starting at the Belhaven Surf Centre, we'll enjoy a gentle and grounding seasonal yoga flow (45 mins) to prepare us for a mindful coastal forage for edible spring greens and sea weeds. We'll discover recipes and infusions that can be prepared from our basket. At the beach, Diane will show you how to light a fire safely using natural tinders and flint & steel; helping us celebrate the returning light and lengthening days. Weather depending we'll close our day around the fire with offerings of gratitude for nature.
Warm drinks and snacks are included to keep you warm, hydrated and energised. You are welcome to bring a more substancial lunch to enjoy by the fire.
